Web Content Design Processes

We don’t leave anything to chance.

Our methodology leads to faster, more cost-effective, consistent and overall, more effective web content. Our clients find that Web Content Design is results oriented and our systems produce the results they expect from their online presence.

When you contact us, we invite you to return a short questionnaire that helps us understand your business and your goals for your web content. We work to make sure that we are all on the same page from the beginning to the completion of your project.

Our Project Proposals

We Make Sure We're on the Right Page! Every successful web project starts with a good plan. Our proposals show that we know our business and do our best to understand the business needs of our clients. Each project quote is a step-by-step outline of how you can expect your project to progress. Each quote includes:

  • A Project Overview that summarizes the project as we understand it.
  • Background Information—The information we used to generate our quote, which we’ll also use to begin your project. This includes preliminary keyword research if necessary to your project.
  • The Quoted Pages—A detailed page-by-page summary of your project specifications.
  • Deliverables—Formats we use for file delivery as well as information about our complimentary stats sheet.
    1. As completed, we deliver each file for your review.
    2. Our default file format is PDF, but we also can deliver files in MsWord, plain text, or html at your preference.
    3. Each file delivery includes a complimentary stats sheet that lists project information including word count, suggested web page META, text links, further page suggestions, and outside research sources and/or citations when applicable.
  • Timeline—Project “phases” that include an estimate of when we’ll start your project and when it will be complete. We warrant delivery of your first file within 72 hours of your acceptance of our quote.
  • Performance Standards—Our proposals also clearly explain performance standarads (i.e. what you can expect of us and what we need from you to successfully complete your project.)
  • Copyright Agreement—How and when we’ll transfer copyright to you.
  • Pricing and Payment—Your project estimate, deposit information, and our billing policies. Web Content Design maintains a PayPal business account for the convenience of our clients. As well as payments made through PayPal accounts, we are able to accept most major credit cards.

Our Resources

Web Content Design uses the most current and comprehensive resources available. For instance:

  1. We use Internet Business Promoter (IBP) to find the best keywords to represent your business to both your visitors and the search engines.
  2. We subscribe to professional research libraries and content depositories to ensure your content is original, correct, and contemporary.
  3. We make it easy for you to track your project progress through our subscription to OnePlace, online project collaboration software.

Our Guarantee

We aren’t perfect, be we are passionate about NOT making promises we can’t keep.

  1. Our quotes provide an estimated project price. Our clients pay the lesser of the estimate or the actual billable hours worked on their project.
  2. We warrant all written content to be originally written through our independent research or through information you provide to us.
  3. We warrant timely delivery of each phase of our clients’ projects and prompt response to their questions and concerns.

Over the years, we have written on hundreds of topics for dozens of clients. Our clients find that content they purchase from us is written with skill that comes as a result of years of experience. Contact Web Content Design for original content services that add value to your business from first letter to the last word!
